Do you suffer with chronic pain?

Pain can be acute or chronic. Acute pain serves an important purpose. For instance, if you put you hand on something hot you feel sudden pain. It’s very imprtant you do. However, if you have chronic pain it is not serving a purpose in that same way. If your pain has been diagnosed as being chronic and you would like to change the way you perceive that pain, then a course of hypnotherapy can provide you with new insight into what you are feeling. It is possible to live in a much more positive way and I can discuss options with you as to how we can achieve that.

If habits are learned responses then it follows that they can be unlearned and replaced by new more productive behaviours. We can work together to allow this change to take place.

I can help you to control and change the thoughts that have been stopping you from getting a good nights rest. Or maybe you have just got into an unhelpful sleep pattern which has become a pattern for you. Either way we can work towards nights which are peaceful and calm.
